Joining The Club And Pricing
You can join Waynes World of Wheels Supercar Club and take part in any of the drives and events by booking and paying the ticket price listed in the Drives and Events Booking Calendar .
Drives, Track Events, Scenic Stays, and our Amazing Adventures Abroad are all priced individually and are payable in full at the time of booking. Wayne’s World Of Wheels Drives, Track Events, Scenic Stays, and Amazing Adventures Abroad can only be purchased by approved members of Waynes World Of Wheels ( herein referred to as WWOW).
How to Join Waynes World of Wheels Supercar Club
If you’re interested in joining Waynes World of Wheels Supercar Club, the first step is to visit the club’s website and submit an application. The application process is straightforward and involves providing your contact information about yourself and the make and model of your car.
Once your application has been reviewed and approved you will be notified by email and, if successful, issued with your unique password.
You will then have full access to the WWOW Drives And Events Calendar and you can use your password to book any drive or event.
This is a great opportunity to connect with other car enthusiasts and become part of the WWOW community.
Becoming A WWOW VIP Annual Member
In addition to joining Wayne’s World of Wheels Supercar Club you can also become a WWOW VIP Annual Member, by purchasing the WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership.
By becoming a WWOW VIP Annual member you will have access to all the WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership Benefits
The WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership will run for a 12 month period commencing immediately upon purchase of the WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership package including the WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership Welcome Pack.
The 12-Month WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership purchase fee is payable upfront, at the time of purchase, and will then be automatically renewed on a recurring annual basis.
WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership Cancellation Policy
The WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership runs for a 12 month period and the benefits of the membership commence immediately with the issue of the WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership Welcome Pack.
As the Benefits of the Membership will be continuously available to all WWOW VIP ANNUAL members throughout the 12 month period the membership can be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be issued.
A cancellation of your WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership subscription will result in showing the membership as “Pending Cancellation” until the expiry date of the membership.
After which , a cancellation of your WWOW VIP ANNUAL Membership will result in no automatic recurring renewal of the Membership subscription, and your VIP status will be revoked and all the associated benefits will cease.

We provide a sensible driving experience with safety as our number one priority.
We reserve the right to ask dangerous drivers to leave the group if their reckless behaviour creates a danger for other road users or event participants.
In addition to these basic rules, there are a number of guidelines and best practices that can help ensure a safe and enjoyable driving experience for all club members. These include listening to and following the instructions of the lead driver, maintaining a safe distance from other cars, communicating effectively with other drivers, and being mindful of your surroundings at all times.
Booking Drives And Events Terms
We reserve the right to change any of the routes or pre-planned hotels if unforeseen problems arise. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund all monies paid if a minimum number of cars is not reached or if circumstances stop us from carrying out the event.
As part of the experience, we will share with you Google Maps or Postcode destinations. Although Mitex radios are not absolutely necessary, we do recommend the use of them and for longer trips, we find they are essential as the lead driver can then communicate with the entire group. Cancellations
24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for all 1-day drives or events. Notice must be in writing (email)
For all 2-3 day Scenic Stays. The notice period will vary due to 3rd party agreements and will be detailed on each event separately. Notice must be in writing (email)
For all Amazing Adventures of 4 days or more, the notice period will vary due to 3rd party agreements and will be detailed on each event separately. Notice must be in writing (email)
WWOW reserves the right to keep any monies paid upon booking if the cancellation policy has not been adhered to, in order to cover reservation of accommodation and hospitality charges incurred.
Waiver and Liability Terms:
By purchasing tickets for WWOW drives and events, participants, and drivers waive any rights or claims against Wayne’s World of Wheels.
Supercar Club Insurance and Liability
When driving with a supercar club, it’s also important to be aware of the risks and liabilities that can arise when driving high-performance cars. This includes the risk of accidents, damage to your car or other cars on the road, and personal injury or property damage.

Exclusion of Liability Notice:
Attendance of WWOW Drives and events is at members’ own risk, and WWOW accepts no responsibility for any damage to cars or persons during an event. WWOW cannot be held responsible for the driving of members or other road users. WWOW accepts no responsibility for these risks.
Force Majeure
WWOW cannot accept liability or refund monies if an event has to be altered or canceled due to any circumstances outside our control or that could not be foreseen or avoided, such as (but not limited to) war, the threat of war, riot or civil unrest, disease, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, ferry delays, or traffic delays.
Neither will WWOW be held responsible if attractions change their opening times or are closed or if the WWOW Event is amended in any way from the originally scheduled event as a result.
